District admin Srinagar holds farewell for Akshay Labroo

Srinagar, Feb 13: District Administration Srinagar & District Election office Srinagar organized an impressive function here to bid warm farewell to outgoing Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Srinagar(West) & Electoral Registration Officer, Akshay Labroo who has been transferred and posted as Mission Director, Atal Mission for Rejuvenation and Urban Transformation.
Deputy Commissioner Srinagar, Mohammad Aijaz Asad who is also District Election Officer was the Chief Guest on the occasion.
While Additional Deputy Commissioner Srinagar, Dr. Syed Haneef Balkhi, SDM East, Owais Mushtaq, Assistant Commissioner, Nazool, Sandeep Singh Bali, Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Raies Ahmad Bhat, besides Employees of DC Office and District Election Office Srinagar were present in the farewell function.
Speaking on the occasion, the Deputy Commissioner Srinagar lauded the contribution of Akshay Labroo for performing to the best of his capabilities in the public service delivery. He acknowledged his services as Sub Divisional Magistrate and Electoral Registration Officer in taking important measures and ensuring a prompt and efficient public delivery system in his sub division. Akshay was also Nodal Officer Grievance Redressal and was instrumental in resolving public issues in the most effective manner.
Akshay Labroo in his address said that he will always remain indebted to the District Administration Srinagar & District Election Office and all Employees for the support, cooperation, love and affection showered upon him during his posting as Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Srinagar(West) & Electoral Registration Officer.
The Deputy Commissioner and all the employees present on the occasion wished him a pleasant and fulfilling service ahead.
