Srinagar, Mar 25: Government on Friday constituted a Committee for examining all matters connected and incidental to the defence land in the Jammu & Kashmir.
“In super-session of all previous Orders on the subject, sanction is hereby accorded to the constitution of a Committee for examining all matters connected and incidental to the defence land in the Union territory of Jammu & Kashmir along-with correction of Revenue Records wherever required, in a time-bound manner,” reads a government order.
The 4-member committee is headed by Financial Commissioner (Revenue) and its members include
Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir, Divisional Commissioner, Jammu and Deputy Commissioner (concerned). (GNS)
