Kupwara, May 2: One person was killed while another was injured in a road accident Hatmulla area of north Kashmir’s Kupwara district, officials said on Monday.
An official said that a tractor rolled down in Hatmulla, resulting in onto spot death of one person identified as Mamdin Jinder son of Ali Mohammad Jinder, resident of Wogbal Kupwara and injuries to another.
In the incident, the official said that the criver of the tractor identified as Bahudin Shah of Karihama was also injured who was later shifted to hospital for treatment.
Meanwhile, police said that a case has been registered in this regard and an investigation has been taken up.
