Doctors: The heartbeat of our healthcare system

For the first of its kind, the government has taken a serious note of donation boxes and illegal occupiers at the shrines across Jammu and Kashmir, but some people, who are seemingly against the development of the Union territory have now opted to support these illegal encroachers by issuing statements in their favour, appealing for providing spaces to them yet again.
One fails to understand why the political parties are so excited to create hurdles in the way of development in Jammu and Kashmir. There is no iota of doubt that hefty amount being donated by the people goes into the pocket of these Mujavirs, which prevents the concerned Waqf Board from taking measures to come up with the hospitals, educational institutions and other things for the betterment of the people.
One the donation goes into the pocket of the Waqf only, there are expectations that the concerned would ensure development on the ground and the benefits will be given to the people and there would be no excuse with the Waqf to narrate if it fails from now onwards.
The incumbent Waqf Board Chairperson has promised to construct a Cancer hospital in Jammu and Kashmir through the Waqf income, which is set to help the poor people of the Union Territory. Decisions like coming up with hospitals are the need of the hour and it is the time when the income is expected to double and people-friendly initiatives are taken so that the people here could heave a sigh of relief.
