Srinagar, Jun 20: Joint Director Elementary Education at DSEK Shams-U-Din Tuesday died of heart attack.
Officials at DSEK informed that the Joint Director was on duty when he felt unconscious in the lawns of Directorate.
“He was immediately rushed to hospital, but collapsed on the way,” the official said.
Meanwhile, Advisor to Lieutenant Governor, Rajeev Rai Bhatnagar has expressed his deep grief on the sad demise of Joint Director Elementary Education at Directorate of School Education Kashmir Shams-U-Din Bhat who passed away Tuesday while on duty due to heart attack.
In his condolence, Advisor Bhatnagar said that the officer was very diligent and performed his duties extraordinarily. He added that officer had deep vision and expertise and was very instrumental in driving positive changes in the education system.
The Advisor also expressed his deep sympathies with the bereaved family and prayed for the eternal peace of departed soul.
