Doctors: The heartbeat of our healthcare system

The unemployed youth might not have witnessed many opportunities to get the chance to serve in different departments across Jammu & Kashmir due to certain reasons including the scams that halted the recruitment processes, but the prompt measures and steps of the government have paved the way for many educated but unemployed youth to earn their livelihood. The initiative—Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra (VBSY) launched by the government with an aim and vision to ensure a developed country by 2047 has ensured the governance at the doorsteps. In every nook and corner, the government has launched programmes across Jammu and Kashmir during which the government schemes are being highlighted and awareness is being created among the masses. While the campaign is still going on, the government has been highlighting the number of beneficiaries of different schemes, who are sharing their stories in the programme ‘Meri kahani, Meri Zubani’. These stories are proving how the life of people have changed through the different schemes and how the unemployed youth have started their journey of earning their livelihood by availing the benefits of the schemes launched by the government. However, the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra has been further adding to the number of beneficiaries as the people are being made aware about the schemes and further assisted to the avail the benefits, thus helping them out to start a new journey of earning livelihood. Such initiatives would always prove a boon at the grassroots level as the people who remain unaware of the facts are being made knowledgeable and assisted to avail the benefits.
