Congress candidates to lose deposits in JK: BJP

Jammu, Mar 31: BJP J&K General Secretary and former MLC Vibodh Gupta expressed that the people of India are committed to making the 2024 Parliamentary elections epoch-making and to become ambassador of developed India (Viksit Bharat) as envisioned by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Vibodh Gupta, BJP General Secretary & former MLC accompanied by Priya Sethi, BJP NEM & Former Minister, Former Deputy Mayor JMC Baldev Billawaria, State Secretary Veenu Khanna, BJP Mahila Morcha General Secretary Neha Mahajan and Reema Padha welcomed the new entrants into the party fold.
Senior Congress leaders including Er. Parshotam Sharma, Shankar Singh Langeh (Rajput Sabha Member), Shamsher Singh (Sarpanch Seri Pandita), Anil Verma, Vikas Badyal, Akshay Kumar Sharma, Abhishek Kerni, and retired Government Secretary Bharat Bhushan Thapa, along with hundreds of their supporters joined BJP in party headquarters Trikuta Nagar, Jammu.
While welcoming them to the party fold, Vibodh emphatically stated that popular and mass leaders are joining the BJP inspired by the vision of the Prime Minister, and the idea of a Congress Mukt Bharat is not just a slogan but a firm determination embraced by the people of India today. He firmly asserted that the BJP will achieve historic victories in Jammu and Kashmir, and in the two parliamentary seats of Jammu, even the deposits of the opposition candidates will be forfeited. He stated that the last 10 years were just a trailer for Development and the roadmap for the next 25 years has been prepared to make India Vishwa Guru.
Priya Sethi, too welcomed and congratulated the new entrants for making the decision to serve the nation and society as a BJP worker. She said that BJP is working tirelessly for the welfare of the people irrespective of their regions or religions. She asked the new entrants to work tirelessly in the coming days to secure the maximum votes for the BJP in the Parliament election.
Baldev Billawaria, who facilitated the joining of these new entrants, also welcomed them and said that BJP is a Party of New India. He said that the BJP believes in the core ideology of “Sabka Sath, Sabka Vikas” which represents the “Vasudeva Kutumbakam” thought of Bharat Bhumi. He said that the Modi government has worked for the welfare of all, which is acknowledged by people from diverse backgrounds.
