The results declared by the Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education has once again indicated how the girls are outshining the boys in the educational dais like the other platforms including the entrepreneurship, business and other sectors. The things have changed on the ground when the boys were taking a lead in every platform, but since the parents and the guardians have played a key role in ensuring women empowerment and providing better facilities to the girls, the situation is getting further tough for the boys as they are trailing behind the girls. From the rise in illiteracy rate amongst the girls to their lead in every platform, the society has accepted that the girls are not less than the boys as they have the skills to bring laurels for their families in general and the society in particular. As the number of positions secured by the girls has shown their efforts, it is the time when the government needs to take further measures to ensure that the graph of illiteracy rate amongst the girls is put further down. The girls need to get adequate facilities in the schools, colleges and the universities as well, which will help them to pursue the education in a better way, thus simultaneously help them to showcase their skills and also prove themselves in the society. The womenfolk have already achieved the heights so far in every sector, but they need a further push in terms of getting better facilities so that they could get a secure environment to prove their mettle.
