PC releases first list of candidates

Srinagar, Aug 28: Peoples Conference on Wednesday released its first list of seven candidates for the upcoming J&K assembly polls.
As per details available, the party has fielded Abdul Gani Vakil from Rafiabad, Nazir Ahmed Laway from Kulgam, Abid Hussain Ansari from Zadibal, Irfan Matoo from Eidgah, Dr. Bashir Ahmed Chalkoo from Uri, Asif Lone from Baramulla, and Muhammad Hamza Lone from Gurez.
Asif Lone, a young face from Baramulla town, would be locked in a direct contest with Javid Hussain Baig of National Conference. (KNO)
