Kishtwar, Dec 27: Three persons lost their lives on Friday in a road accident caused by slippery conditions in the Sukaini Sogal Padder area of Kishtwar district, officials said.
The incident occurred when a pickup truck, bearing registration number JK17-8554, skidded off the road. The vehicle veered out of control due to the hazardous conditions, leading to the tragic mishap.
All three occupants of the vehicle sustained critical injuries and were rushed to a nearby hospital for medical assistance. However, doctors declared them dead upon arrival.
Local police have registered a case and initiated an investigation to determine the exact circumstances surrounding the accident. [KNT]
