Women are the crown of any society, nation, or household. Women as a mother, sister, wife, and daughter. There are myths in our society that women folk can’t handle business sectors, administration, or medical sectors. It is very fortunate and great for our nation that there are women who are deputy commissioners, senior superintendent of police, teachers, doctors, and engineers. Who showed and qualified for a national-level exam like IAS, IPS, and acquired doctorate degrees in different disciplines?
In Islam, women have been given the rights that they can survive with full dignity and respect among society without any fear and force. Maybe other religions too have protective rights for the women folk.
Women empowerment is crucial and can play an immense role in the upliftment of women folk in our country. Women empowerment can lead to a revolution in a number of sectors, like in agriculture, artisans, animal husbandry, fashion designing, and teaching practices, and there are hundreds of sectors through which government administration can be empowered, women folk.
Women and our society
Women play a key role in the development of society and play a great role in the eradication of a number of evils. In our society, women spend more time than the men because most of the women folk are housewives and have a good grip on what is happening in the surroundings and make decisions at their own level. Like educating their children, stopping them from getting involved, or engaging them in drug menace and other evils.
Why is education important for the women folk? Education is the key factor that can boost our women and empower them in any field or sector. Educating a woman may lead to revolution and play a main role in the development of our nation in all sectors.
Educating a woman means educating the whole society. An educated mother may teach basics to their children at home without attending any kindergarten.
Women as mothers
There is a great quotation that mother is the first teacher of a child. It means the behavior of a child may reflect the behavior of his or her mother. An educated mother is the blessing of the almighty. The impact of an educated mother is greatly influenced by her family and peaceful environment remaining there for all the time.
An educated mother can teach her daughters how to face situations and hard circumstances in their lives and how they can protect themselves from the exploitation. An educated mother can educate their daughters; they may never fall into trouble, and no black sheep dare to make them a victim.
How an educated woman can motivate other women in different sectors
In our society, we need an edge. Like a woman sees a woman working in any field, like in the education sector, banking sector, or business, they get motivated and attract that very field. The phobia that we have is that we can’t do anything is changed into we can do anything for the upliftment of our nation, family, and beloved ones.
Some of us still think that only basic education is important for the women
No, and never. We need skilled, qualified, professional women in any sector. This notion towards women’s empowerment may lead to a developmental revolution in our country soon.
How to cover dropout women in different schemes
There are thousands to lakhs of dropout women who give up their studies at the primary, middle, and secondary levels. Such women should be encouraged, and different schemes should be launched for their upliftment.
Skills like tailoring, artisans, etc.; they should be provided special subsidiary or monthly remuneration, and financial support should be given to them on a monthly basis so that they feel independent and make their dreams true.
Government administration has taken impressive initiatives for the upliftment of women folk and empowerment in all the sectors. Like providing them scholarships and protection under different sections under the Constitution of India.
In remote areas, the women are suffering by financial means. Like not skilled and not getting chances to complete their education due to financial means and giving up their studies halfway.
Tailoring centers should be provided within the range of 5-7 kilometers for the unskilled dropout girls in remote areas. Stitching machines and other related equipment should be given to them, and financial support is the need of the time.
Higher secondary schools should be sanctioned. within their reach. Separate transport facilities should be provided for them from home to school and vice versa.
