Post Operation Sindoor, demand for ‘Make in India’ weapons increases

Srinagar, Jul 10: Deputy Chief Minister Surinder Choudhary on Wednesday said that Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) is responsible for the current situation in Jammu and Kashmir, alleging that the PDP and BJP are still operating in collusion behind the scenes.
Speaking to reporters at Entrepreneurship Development Institute (EDI) in Pampore, Choudhary accused the PDP of playing a double game by pretending to be in opposition while echoing the narratives of the BJP.
“They are still one. PDP says only what is being told by BJP. People have already understood their dramas, and that is why they have been reduced to just three seats,” he said.
Choudhary praised the ongoing efforts by the government led by Chief Minister Omar Abdullah, stating that the government is working sincerely to empower the youth.
He highlighted initiatives like Mission Yuva, which he said are aimed at turning young individuals into job providers instead of job seekers.
“Our youth are full of talent. They just need a push, a support system from the government. If we fail to provide that, it will be the greatest injustice to their potential,” he added.
The Deputy CM emphasized the importance of investing in youth-centric development to ensure a stable and progressive Jammu and Kashmir. (KNO)
