Srinagar, Nov 17: Four militants including a top commander of TRF were killed in two different encounters in south Kashmir’s Kulgam district on Wednesday.
Inspector General of Police Kashmir Vijay Kumar said that top commander of TRF Afaq Sikander has been killed along with other three militants in two separate encounters.
As per the sources one militant is still being engaged in the gunfight.
