Srinagar, Dec 6: The divisional administration, Kashmir has directed the authorities to complete the hospital building for inauguration at Rakhi Arth by 15 December, 2021.
According to the minutes of the meeting, Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir P K Pole has directed the housing board to complete the building in all respects by 15-12-2021 for inauguration.
Pole has also directed that all the liabilities shall be cleared by Director Health Services Kashmir.
It was apprised to the chair that against the liability of 1.50 crores, Rs 1.00 crore has been earmarked by the Health Services Kashmir during the current financial year.
Facility of power and water supply shall also be completed well before the inauguration date. CMO concerned shall immediately place indent for the same, the documents read.
“The chair was apprised that in the previous meeting Director Health Services was directed to take up the matter with regard to creation of staff for the hospital in question. Moreover, FC Heath was requested by this office for sanction to necessary staff, therefore, impressed Director Health Services to follow/take up the matter with Financial Com, H&M Education under intimation to this as well within one week,” it added.
Moreover, several directions have been passed to different departments with regard to the developmental projects like construction of playgrounds, community centre, water supply, power supply, Solid Waste Management, transfer of poles, demarcation of land and others.
The officers have been asked to complete the projects forthwith.
With regard to demarcation of land, the collector LCMA apprised the chair that 6500 kanals of land stands already demarcated and adjacent land measuring 1200 kanals approximately will be done very soon. “The chair directed that the demarcation process of additional 1200 kanals of approximately land shall be done within 10 days positively. A map of Rakhi Arth shall be carved out based on Geo-coordinates showing the final demarcation of the area with approximate mass of 7526 kanals. The map shall be duly authenticated by all stake holding departments,” it added.
