Srinagar, Dec 24: One among the two injured persons, who were attacked by unknown men with bricks in Danihama area of Srinagar outskirts a few days ago, succumbed to his injuries at SKIMS hospital on Friday.
Reports said that two brothers were attacked by unknown men with bricks at their residence in Danihama area of Hazratbal on 18th December, leaving them seriously wounded.
The duo were shifted to hospital for treatment, they said, however, added that one among the injured identified as Showkat Ahmad Akhoon, son of Gh Qadir Akhoon succumbed to his injuries at SKIMS hospital.
Meanwhile, local police have already registered case in this regard and investigation is underway. (KNO)
