Srinagar, Apr 4: CPI (M) leader Mohammad Yousuf Tarigami has asked the authorities to reschedule the upcoming J&K Combined Competitive (Mains) Examination, which is slated to commence from April 8.
“JKPSC announced the dates for holding the second stage of one of the most coveted examinations merely a week before it was to be held, leaving the aspirants with little time to prepare. The aspirants should have been notified at least a month before the examination, Tarigami said in a statement.
Tarigami said that the sudden announcement of the examination has unsettled the aspirants and put them in a quandary as the dates clashed with other examination schedules. He said that the date sheet also suggests that there are no gaps between three papers, which are vital for last minute preparation.
He appealed to the JKPSC to reschedule the examination immediacy.
