Take proper care of specially-abled

The government in Jammu and Kashmir seems to distribute motorized tricycles everywhere in the Union territory, but is this the only way to help the specially-abled persons? This question continues as a mystery as the authorities have so far miserably failed to bring a respite to them by ensuring all the necessary arrangements, made mandatory under set rules. Not once, but the specially-abled person has from time to time raised queries and sought the support from the government. But, all they got was nothing other than the fake assurances. However, the distribution of the motorized tricycles could provide some relief to the specially-abled persons, but there is a need to take proper care of this section of the society. The mandatory ground floor arrangements in the government departments is not the only thing that is missing, but everything has been kept away from them so far. The successive regimes have never bothered to bring some relief in their day-to-day life, rather forced them to push to the wall by failing to come up with the initiatives and measures mandatory for their wellbeing. Nonetheless, in such an atmosphere, the government has taken the initiative by providing them motorized tricycles, it should focus on ensuring all the basic facilities and arrangements for them so that the section of the society could heave a sigh of relief and are not left to lurch any further.
