Budgam, July 21: Police on Thursday said that it booked two infamous drug peddlers under Public Safety Act in Central Kashmir’s Budgam district.
Police in a statement said that both the ‘notorious’ drug peddlers have been shifted to outside Kashmir and lodged at Reasi Jail.
Police identified the accused as Shabir Ahmed Sofi alias JK of Mazhama Magam and Asif Nazir Rather of Archanderhama Budgam.
The accused as per police were involved in NDPS cases and were promoting drug abuse trade by supplying drugs to local youth of district Budgam. (KNT)
