Shopian, Oct 31: A scooty rider died after he was injured in a road accident in Kiloora area of Shopian district on Monday.
An official said that an accident took place in Killora area between an auto rickshaw and a scooty today.
He said that in the incident the scooty rider identified as Mohammad Yousuf Dar of Kiloora received critical injuries and he was rushed to district hospital Shopian, where succumbed to his injuries.
Meanwhile, police have taken cognizance of the incident and started investigation. (KNO)
