Police organise drug awareness campaign at L K Public HSS Manjakote

Rajouri, Jul 31: Jammu and Kashmir Police Monday organised drug awareness programme at L.K. Pub.HSS Manjakote. The event, witnessed the active participation of local law enforcement officials, including the Sub-Divisional Police Officer (SDPO) Zafar Rather, Station House Officer (SHO) Abrar Khan of Manjakote along with the students and staff of the educational institution.
During the drug awareness programme, several informative sessions were conducted to educate the attendees about the harmful effects of substance abuse. The initiative aimed to empower individuals with the knowledge required to make informed decisions and recognize the perils associated with drugs. Through engaging lectures and interactive discussions, the police officials and shed light on the impact of drug addiction on both individuals and society as a whole.
The event at L.K. Pub.HSS Manjakote served as a crucial platform for raising awareness and initiating a dialogue on this pressing issue. The active involvement of the students and staff demonstrated a collective commitment towards creating a drug-free environment. By fostering a sense of community responsibility, the efforts of Jammu and Kashmir’s Police, and the educational institution proved instrumental in tackling drug abuse within the region.
The drug awareness programme organized by Jammu and Kashmir Police showcased a strong determination to eradicate drugs from society and this initiative promises a brighter, drug-free future for the region.
