Baramulla, Oct 25: Residents of Baramulla district are worried over rising stray dog attacks, prompting them to urge authorities to take measures to curb the menace.
A few days ago, a disturbing visual (CCTV footage) went viral on social media platforms wherein a young man attacked by a stray dog was rescued by a passerby.
They said several incidents of dog attacks have been witnessed for the past few days.
They said packs of dogs are sighted in the middle of roads, causing inconvenience to motorists as well as pedestrians. (KNO)
