Srinagar, Nov 13: BSNL subscribers in Dalgate particularly living along the picturesque Boulevard road of Srinagar Monday said their landline services have been defunct for the past several days.
They said despite bringing the issue to the notice of BSNL authorities, nothing was done to ease their sufferings.
“Our landline services are defunct. We have time and again apprised the BSNL authorities about our grievance, but each time they make hollow promises,” inhabitants said.
They said they are paying monthly rentals for poor or no services offered by the BSNL authorities.
The inhabitants urged the General Manager BSNL to personally intervene in the matter and get the issue resolved.
Efforts to contact General Manager BSNL didn’t materialize. [KNT]
