DIPR employees union B’la accords warm send off to retiring officials

Baramulla, Jul 5: Non Gazetted Employees Union of Department of Information and Public Relations Baramulla Monday organized an impressive function in connection with the superannuations of Assistant Information Officer Harjeet Singh and PAS Operator Mohammad Yousuf Bhat, who reached their superannuation’s recently after serving the department for over three decades. The function also marked the farewell of an Official of DIC Baramulla Yaseen Ahmad Hajam who left the department after his selection into another department.
The function was organised under the chairmanship of District Information Officer Baramulla Mudassir Hussain in which officials of District Information Centre Baramulla, family members of retiring officials among others participated.
In his keynote address, DIO felicitated the retiring officials and highlighted their contributions towards the betterment of the department. He also wished them a happy and prosperous post retirement life. The DIO also appreciated the performance of Yaseen Ahmad and said that the employee worked with utmost zeal and dedication during his service career in information department.
Earlier, President of the Union Shahzad Ahmad Bhat expressed gratitude of the participants and highlighted the exemplary services rendered by the outgoing officials. He extended his congratulations to the officials adding that their services shall always be remembered by the department.
Other participants also spoke on the occasion who highlighted the services of the retirees besides wished them happy post retirement life.
The concerned officials also spoke on the occasion and shared their experiences of their service carriers. They expressed gratitude of the union for arranging such a fascinating farewell party.
