Pulwama, Oct 7: In compliance to the directions of JK Legal Services Authority, Naseer Ahmad Dar, Principal District and Sessions Judge (PD&SJ) Pulwama, Secretary DLSA Pulwama along with Legal Aid Defense Counsels (LADCs) Pulwama and Shopian visited Special Jail Correctional Home Pulwama.
During the visit, the PD&SJ along with team took stock of facilities available to the jail inmates and also reviewed the working of Legal Aid Clinic at Sub-Jail Pulwama. He also took feedback about their grievances.
On spot directions were passed to the Superintendent Sub-Jail Pulwama with regard to addressing facilities, cleanliness and other related issues faced by the jail inmates. The inmates were also assured that other issued raised by them will be taken up with concerned authority.
