In yet another instance, the newly elected government has indicated that hearing the common masses is their top priority as the fresh directive has been issued, allocating 20 districts to five cabinet ministers, who will be available to hear the grievances of common masses across the Union Territory. For the first time, the ministers will remain available at the district headquarters to listen to the public issues, which the common masses are facing in their day-to-day lives. The five cabinet ministers of Jammu and Kashmir have been allocated 20 districts of the Union Territory for better coordination, effective implementation of developmental programs, closer monitoring of public services, and other related matters of the respective districts. The ministers have been allocated the districts for ensuring better coordination, effective implementation of developmental programs, closer monitoring of public services, and other related matters of the district(s). The move is quite appreciable as it will end up in the grievance redressal in the shortest period of time, which has always remained the demand of the common masses here. One cannot expect any delay to the redressal of the genuine grievances like renovation of roads, water supply, and electricity-related issues as the people have voted for their representatives with an aim to get their issues and grievances redressed in the shortest possible time. It is the time to make sure that the grievances are resolved and the motive behind the allocation of the districts is achieved and the government should not make it a wasteful initiative by only listening to the people and throwing the grievances in the bin.
