Poonch, Dec 20: A motorcyclist lost his life in a road accident after his bike collided with a bus in the Khanater area of Poonch district on Friday.
Local sources said the collision occurred when the motorcyclist, identified as 20-year-old Shahid Ahmad, son of Muhammad Rashid from Kalai, was coming from the opposite direction of the bus. Locals immediately rushed him to the hospital, but doctors declared him dead upon arrival.
Following the incident, police registered a case and initiated an investigation into the cause of the collision. [KNT]
