Srinagar, Jan 4: As part of the anticipation of inclement weather and snowfall, the district administration Srinagar has established a 24/7 District Emergency Operation Centre (DEOC) to ensure a prompt response to grievances during the winter season.
According to an advisory issued, the control room will remain functional round-the-clock to address any emergency situations.
Citizens can reach out to various departments through the provided contact numbers.
The key emergency contact numbers include District Emergency Operation Centre: 0194-2483651, 0194-2457552; Winter Control Room: 0194-2457543; Mechanical Engineering Department: 0194-2497458; R&B Department: 0194-2313751; Traffic Control: 0194-2450022.
Also, Srinagar Municipal Corporation (SMC): 0194-2470465, 0194-2474499; Fire & Emergency Services: 0194-2452222, 0194-2452155; Animal Husbandry: 0194-2956201; and Public Health Engineering (PHE): 0194-2452047.
