Rajouri, Jan 23: A wave of anxiety continues to engulf the community of Badhaal as three young girls were hospitalized Wednesday due to a severe and mysterious illness that has already claimed the lives of 17 individuals, including 13 young children. The girls have been urgently transferred to GMC Rajouri for medical care, intensifying concerns among local families as health officials work to identify the source of the outbreak.
This alarming situation worsened just a day after a 25-year-old man from the same area was also taken to GMC Rajouri after falling ill. Health authorities are on high alert, launching investigations to uncover the underlying causes of this troubling illness.
MLA Badhaal Javid Iqbal is at the forefront of the crisis, providing updates and reassurance to the community. In an exclusive interview, he stated, “We are committed to ensuring that the best medical care is provided to all affected. The young man transferred to PGI Chandigarh is now stable, thanks to the treatments he received.”
In a collaborative effort to expedite care, MLA Javid Iqbal confirmed that the Indian Army has arranged air transport for the three sisters, ensuring that they reach PGI Chandigarh quickly and safely. He is working closely with health experts, including Dr. Jitendra, and the central government to facilitate immediate medical interventions.
In his message to the people of Badhaal, MLA Javid Iqbal urged the community to remain calm, emphasizing the administration’s unwavering commitment to saving lives. “We are doing everything possible to understand the cause of this illness and provide effective treatment,” he reassured them.
As the community stands united in facing this health scare, local leaders are prioritizing support and care for those affected. The situation remains critical, and efforts are ongoing to bring relief to the residents of Badhaal as health officials continue to investigate the source of this urgent crisis.
