Khyber Cement gives Kashmiri Rowers launchpad to world stage

The grand flag-off ceremony took place Sunday morning at Zabarwan Park, Boulevard Road, in the esteemed presence of Tanvir Sadiq, MLA of Zadibal, who applauded the grit and talent of the athletes.
