Srinagar, Sep 22: J&K Police organised an awareness programme on the three new criminal laws at Hajahad Public Higher-Secondary Awantipora under the ongoing Sewa Parv Celebration. The event was chaired by SDPO Awantipora Raja Majid along with SHO Police Station Awantipora.
Participants were briefed about the new three criminal laws, with emphasis on major changes, citizen-friendly provisions, and their role in ensuring speedy justice. On the occasion, officers urged the public to stay informed and extend cooperation with Police in effective implementation of these laws for a safer and law-abiding society.
