Baramulla, Nov 25: Jammu and Kashmir Police in Baramulla on Tuesday said to have initiated investigation on receipt of information concerning alleged unlawful activities of a local association identified as Idarah Fallah-u-Darain.
A case under FIR number 208/2025 under relevant sections of law has been registered at Police Station Baramulla, a police spokesman said in a statement.
In the course of investigation, multiple coordinated raids were conducted at various premises and assets linked to the association. Several individuals associated with the organization were also questioned, police said.
The investigation remains active, and further appropriate legal action will be taken based on evidence and findings during inquiry, police said. (KNO)
