Srinagar, Jan 14: Police in Kupwara Wednesday held a meeting with the families of martyrs at the District Police Lines (DPL) Kupwara, under the chairmanship of SSP Kupwara Al-Tahir Gilani. The meeting was organised as a gesture of solidarity and to address issues concerning the welfare of martyrs’ families.
During the interaction, grievances raised by the families were patiently heard, and several issues were resolved on the spot. Matters requiring further attention were noted, and the Incharge Savera was directed to ensure prompt follow-up and resolution of all pending cases.
On the occasion, SSP Kupwara Al-Tahir Gilani assured the families of martyrs of continued support and reaffirmed the police department’s unwavering commitment to their welfare and well-being.
