Srinagar, Aug 25: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has recalled six JKAS officers from the Union Territory of Ladakh and placed the services of 19 officers from the J&K cadre at the disposal of the Ladakh administration on deputation.
The six officers recalled from Ladakh are Mohd Ismail Ganie, Imtisal Rasool, Sanjit Bhardwaj, Atul Singh Mahakotia, Tufail Iqbal and Waseem Ramzan Dar, all holding Junior Scale JKAS positions.
Following their recall, the services of 19 officers have been placed at the disposal of the Union Territory of Ladakh with immediate effect.
The officers include Raj Kumar Katoch, Special Secretary, Planning, Development and Monitoring Department; Mohd Latif, Special Secretary, Tribal Affairs Department; Mohd Jhangir, Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Rajouri; Mohammad Yousf Ganaie, DSWO, Srinagar; and Mohd Rafie, Tehsildar, Nagseni.
Others placed on deputation are Shivam Sharma, BDO Panjgrain, Rajouri; Rafaqat Aziz, Functional Manager, DIC Rajouri; Ayush Sharma, STO Circle-I, Jammu; Jasif Amin Sheikh, Functional Manager, DIC Anantnag; Zahoor Ahmad Hadi, BDO Bandipora; Yassar Ahmad Bhati, Tehsildar Kreeri; Saqib Sharief Khan, BDO Samba; Bhuvnesh Pargal, STO in the office of Additional Commissioner, State Taxes (Administration & Enforcement), Jammu; Deepak Bharti, Tehsildar Jourian; Arshad Hussain, BDO Larnoo; Mohd Anjum, State Taxes Officer, Circle N, Srinagar; Sadam Hussain, BDO Gool, Ramban; Anup Kumar, BDO Jakyas, Doda; and Aju Kundal, State Taxes Officer, Circle Kishtwar.
The deputation will remain valid for two years or until the officers are recalled, whichever is earlier.
The order clarifies that the officers will retain their lien and promotion prospects with the General Administration Department of Jammu and Kashmir.
They will also be entitled to avail incentives that may be provided by the Union Territory of Ladakh during the period of deputation.
The officers have been deemed relieved with immediate effect and directed to report to the General Administration Department of Ladakh for further posting.
