Sopore, May 7: A youth died while another was seriously injured in a road accident in Watlab area of Sopore in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district.
A police official said that the accident occurred when a two wheeler skidded off the road in Watlab area, leaving two youth critically injured.
He said both the critically persons were rushed to sub district hospital Sopore where one, identified as Shafat Ahmad son of Sardat Ali of Warpora, succumbed and injured identified as Amir Ali son of Ali Mohammad, a resident of Warpora is undergoing treatment.
Meanwhile, Police has taken the cognizance of the incident, he added. (KDC)
