Srinagar, Jun 16: A youth and a mentally ill person from South Kashmir have gone missing, while the families of both the duo have appealed to the administration for help in tracing them.
The two missing persons have been identified as Irfan Mushtaq Lone (20) son of Mushtaq Ahmad Lone resident of Check-e-Bala Awneera in Zainapora belt of Shopian district and Fayaz Ahmad Lone son of Sonau llah Lone resident of Badroo Yaripora in Kulgam district.
Family members of Irfan said that he left home three days before and didn’t return back and has kept his phone on off mode.
They said they contacted his friends, all relatives and even neighbours but couldn’t get any clue after which they lodged his missing report at a concerned police station.
Meanwhile Mohammad Shafi, brother of Fayaz Ahmad said that Fayaz is mentally ill and has left home around a week before and hasn’t returned back.
He said that he along with other three persons have been searching for him in entire South Kashmir but have failed to trace him.
Families of both missing persons have appealed administration and public for help in tracing them.
