Baramulla, Jun 21: Youth died while his friend sustained injuries after their car skidded off the road and fell into a gorge here in Gantamulla area of North Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Monday.
The duo who are the residents of Bernate village of Boniyar were on way to home.
Police sources said that one among the two travelling in the vehicle (JK05-B4607) died on the spot while another was shifted to hospital for treatment.
The deceased has been identified as Muhammad Ashraf Sood son of Ghulam Qadir Sood, a resident of Bernate Boniyar.
Police have taken cognizance of the incident. (KNT)
