Career guidance can transform Kashmir’s young minds

It has been reported that some people, especially the tourists visiting Jammu and Kashmir are showing fake Covid test reports here to get an entry and a free passage across the Union Territory. The government has made strict and elaborate arrangements in ensuring that all those visiting Jammu and Kashmir are not allowed to enter here without getting the Covid test done. However, the reports have surfaced that some visitors have been managing their entry by showing. Such a situation after the recent resurgence in cases can make the possible third wave of Covid into reality, which can prove disastrous to the already fragile situation in Jammu and Kashmir. The government has already eased the restrictions across Jammu and Kashmir and the paid public parks too have been reopened, which is a welcome move and has brought happiness on the faces of tourism players. Nonetheless, there is a need to ensure that the already fragile situation is not worsened on the ground. Therefore, the government officials deployed at different places across the Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir should ensure that all those who are possessing fake Covid certificates are taken to the task. There is a need to remain vigilant at this juncture and ensure that the situation remains better and the possible third wave of Covid will not become reality.
