One fails to understand how the number of these dogs is increasing at a rapid pace when the government earlier claimed to have taken steps including starting a sterilization process to curb the rising population. The people especially the children don’t come out of their homes in evening hours due to the fear of these stray dogs. The adequate and proper steps must be taken in this regard so that the situation can change on the ground and the people can come out of their homes in morning as well as in the evening hours without any fear.
