Srinagar, Jan 15: An elderly patient allegedly committed suicide by jumping from 4th floor of the District Hospital Kulgam on Saturday.
An official said that an elderly patient ended his life by jumping from the fourth floor of the district hospital this morning.
He identified him as Abdul Ahad Malla (70) a resident of Tarigam area of Kulgam district.
He said that patient was suffering from Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease besides depression, which might be reason behind the extreme step.
He added that investigation in this regard has been taken up. (KNO)
