Budgam, Mar 3: A traffic cop and a biker was injured on Thursday after the rider lost his control and hit the on-duty officer in Central Kashmir’s Budgam district.
Officials said that the injured persons were immediately shifted to Srinagar hospital for treatment.
A two-wheeler bearing registration number JK04G-4605 hit an on-duty traffic police Sub-Inspector (SI) Ghulam Muhammad Dar in Budgam, leaving him wounded, they said, adding that the biker also sustained injuries in the accident.
Meanwhile, police has taken cognizance of the incident and initiated investigation. (KNO)
