193 senior duty posts of AGMUT to be under JK admin

UT allotted 65 IAS, 70 IPS, 58 IFS posts

Srinagar, Mar 10: The Government of India on Thursday ordered that 189 posts of the Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Police Service (IPS) and Indian Forest Service (IFS) of Arunachal Pradesh, Goa, Mizoram and Union Territories (AGMUT) cadre would be under the J&K administration.
The Department of Personnel & Trainings (DOPT) today issued three separate notifications to allot senior duty posts for Jammu & Kashmir under the AGMUT cadre.
As per these notifications, 65 senior duty posts of AGMUT cadre have been allotted to J&K in IAS, 70 in IPS and 58 posts in IFS.
As per these notification, J&K will have chief secretary (1), principal secretary (6), chairman special tribunal (1), principal secretary to governor (1), principal resident commissioner(1), commissioner secretary to government (9), divisional commissioners (2),transport commissioner (1), chief electoral officer(1), commissioner commercial taxes(1),excise commissioner(1), registrar cooperative society(1), deputy commissioners(20), director industries and commerce (2), director consumer affairs & public distribution(2), secretaries/ special secretaries/ additional secretaries to government(3),labour commissioner(1),settlement commissioner(1), additional deputy commissioner (3) and additional district development commissioners(3).
As per these notification, 70 senior duty posts of IPS of AGMUT cadre will be under J&K administration.

According to these notifications, 58 IFS posts of AGMUT cadre would be under J&K administration. These posts include principal chief conservator of forests and HoFF( 1), principal chief conservator of forests (wildlife and chief wildlife warden) (1), additional principal chief conservator of forests (social forestry)( 1), additional principal chief conservator of forests (forest protection force) (1), additional principal chief conservator of forests (central) (1), chief conservator of forests, Jammu(1), chief conservator of forests, Kashmir( 1), chief conservator of forests, working plan, research & training (1), chief conservator of forests planning & projects (1), chief conservator of forests soil conservation (1), chief conservator of forests environment & remote sensing( 1), chief conservator of forests, eco –tourism(1), chief conservator of forests, forest conservation Act and nodal officer (1), conservator of forests, East circle (1), conservator of forests, West circle (1),conservator of forests, Chenab circle (1), conservator of forests, North circle( 1),conservator of forests, South circle (1 ),conservator of forests, Srinagar circle (1), conservator of forests, central circle (1), conservator of forests/ regional director social forestry Kashmir (1), conservator of forests/ regional director social forestry Jammu (1), conservator of forests, wildlife Jammu (1), conservator of forests, wildlife, Kashmir(1), conservator of forests, research & training( 1),conservator of forests (vigilance) (1), conservator of forests (working plan)( 1), deputy conservator of forests (territorial ) namely Jammu, Kathua, Billawar, Udhampur, Ramnagar, Rajouri, Nowshera, Poonch, Reasi, Mahore, Batote, Doda, Kishtwar, Ramban, Marwah, Bhaderwah, J.V.Baramulla, Kamaraj, Pir Panjal, Kehmal, Langet, Bandipora, Ganderbal, Shopian, Anantang, Lidder (26), deputy conservator of forests Jammu (SF) (1), deputy conservator of forests Kathua (SF) (1), deputy conservator of forests Srinagar (SF) (1), deputy conservator of forests working plan –(1) and deputy conservator of forests working plan-(II).
