Pollen leads to miseries

The presence of pollen in every nook and corner has lead to the increase in infectious diseases among the people across Kashmir, leaving the locals to lurch at large. At this juncture, the health experts say that there is rise in infections at present as most of the people are currently complaining of throat infection, cough and other related issues. However, such a situation has not been witnesses for the first time here in the Valley, but could be witnessed during the inception of summer every year. The successive regimes so far promised to ensure that the trees that are the reasons behind the pollen will have an alternative, but everytime the situation remains unchanged, thus pushing the people to the wall. The infection has already created panic among the masses due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, and the presence of the pollen is now adding to the miseries of locals everywhere across Kashmir. In such a situation, there is a need to ensure face mask to stay healthy. The people must avoid getting infected by taking all the preventive measures. Moreover, the government should also find the means and measures to put an end to the pollen once for all so that such infectious diseases are prevented well on time. The people at this juncture must also visit the health experts for medical checkups to avoid any major health issues.
