Ignored roads

The unhealthy lifestyle has taken a heavy toll on the lives of people as most of the population don’t prefer healthy food, but are opting for junk, which worsens their health and are certainly the reasons for several deadly diseases. Among the women, the junk is leading to the Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOD) while it is also resulting in obesity, chronic diseases like cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and some cancers, among both men and women. As the junk food is easily available in the markets, especially at the local Kiryana shops, the people prefer this unhealthy diet usually without caring about the ramifications. It has been observed that the junk food is catching the eye of people instead of the healthy food stuff. Such unhealthy habits and lifestyle has affected the health of people, especially the children, who usually remain reluctant to eat healthy food, but prefer snacks, biscuits and other junk, available in the markets. These unhealthy habits have resulted in the increasing flow of patients at the hospitals, but nobody is ready to accept the reality and continue to adopt the unhealthy habits. Therefore, there is a dire need to end such habits so that the lives of people, especially children are prevented from danger and obesity and other diseases are thwarted from spreading at this juncture. The parents should play a pivotal role so that the unhealthy habits are put to an immediate end.
