Srinagar, Jun 16: At a ceremony held Thursday at Raj Bhawan, Satish Chandra was sworn in as the Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission. He took and subscribed to the oath of office before Lieutenant Governor, Manoj Sinha.
