Budgam, Sep 16: The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Budgam, S F Hamid Friday chaired a meeting of officers to take stock of preparations for the upcoming Back to Village phase- 4 programme at Dak Bunglow, here.
At the outset, the DC directed all line departments to submit proper action plan for the smooth conduct of B2V4 programmes across all Panchayat halqas of the district.
On the occasion, ADDC Budgam Dr Akramullah Tak was designated as district level nodal officer and SDMs as sub- divisional level nodal officers for proper monitoring and liaisoning.
He directed line departments to submit action taken reports on all works and targets identified and taken up in previous B2V programmes.
The DC issued instructions for the 100 percent grievance disposal and target achievements.
He called for smooth arrangements are put in place in all panchayat halqas to ensure smooth conduct of B2V4 programmes.
The meeting was attended by ADDC, ADC, JD Planning, GM DIC, SDMs, ACD, ACP, CMO, CEO, Executive Engineers of different engineers wings, BDOs, Tehsildars and other district and sectorial officers.
