ADDC reviews winter preparedness in Pulwama

Pulwama, Nov 9: The Additional District Development Commissioner (ADDC) Pulwama, Dr Ab. Aziz Sheikh Wednesday convened a meeting to review progress of winter preparedness in the district.
The ADDC directed the concerned officers to work with dedication to complete the preparations within time. He also stressed for ensuring availability of essential commodities for the general public.
While reviewing the winter preparedness, the ADDC was informed that men and machinery has been kept ready to meet any eventuality. It was given out that 24×7 control rooms have been established and sufficient stock of essential commodities have been dumped in different centres across the district.
The ADDC directed for effective implementation of the master plan for snow clearance. He also directed the concerned to remain available to people for redressal of public grievances.
The meeting was attended by Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Assistant Commissioner Development, Assistant Commissioner Planning, Assistant Director FCS&CA, Ex. Engineers of KPDCL, R&B, PHE Division Pulwama/ Awantipora and PMGSY besides other concerned.
