Pulwama, Dec 14: Residents of several areas in Tral said they are facing inconvenience because of unscheduled power.
The aggrieved residents said with tariff hike they were expecting power cuts will be minimised but the situation has worsened in the area.
They claimed that they are still facing prolonged power cuts besides that voltage in the area is very low.
“Every winter, the power department is claiming load shedding as the reason for power cuts and every winter we are facing the same issues but they have failed in resolving the issue,” Mubashir Ahmad a resident of Tral town.
Residents said that they have brought this issue in notice of higher ups several times but to no avail.
They requested higher ups to look into the matter at an earliest so that locals can heave a sigh of relief. (KNO)
