Srinagar, Jan 7: Srinagar Police on Saturday claimed to have arrested 10 gamblers at two separate places in the district and seized stake money worth thousands of rupees.
In a tweet, Srinagar Police informed that FIRs in this regard have been registered at Police Stations Safa Kadal and Sangam.
“10 gamblers arrested by Noorbagh police post & Sangam PS. 4 by Noorbagh PP from Pamposh colony & 6 by Sangam PS from kreshbal. Stake money worth thousands of rupees seized. FIRs registered in Safakadal PS & Sangam PS. Citizens are requested to report all such immoral activities,” Srinagar Police tweeted. (KNO)
