In the modern era, everything across the globe is just a click away, but some of the formalities were still being completed or done after the personal visits. However, the incumbent administration has taken an initiative to go online completely, which is set to bring respite to the people across the Union Territory, like the other parts of the country. The online procedure would put an end to the frequent visits to the departments and are set to bring respite to the people across Jammu and Kashmir. There is no iota of doubt that the decision to go online completely would end the corruption practice in Jammu and Kashmir, but the departments should be directed to ensure that there is no hindrance while surfing the websites and submitting the documents related to any issues. The commencement of online era is expected to eliminate the bad name within the society as the people used to allege that they are being asked to pay hefty sums for completion of any work, but the practices would no longer continue as the government has come up with a long-lasting solution, which is set to end the miseries of the people. However, the administration after taking such a decision must ensure that the people should not face any kind of issues related to the online mode. The departments should be asked to guide the people while using the online services so that the motive behind the move is achieved completely.
