Gurez, Feb 14: An Ayurvedic heath centre in Tarbal area of Gurez has been closed for six months causing immense hardships to people, locals said on Tuesday.
They said that the Ayurvedic heath centre which the government set up for public healthcare has been closed for the last six months for unknown reasons.
Deputy Sarpanch said that a staffer has been transferred from the centre six months ago and no staffer has been deputed since then.
Locals have urged the deputy commissioner Bandipora to ensure the deployment of medical staff here so that local people may not have to suffer. (KNO)
